•    Phase 1

Green Facades uses its in-house design and expertise in the production of a compliant technical design. A series of technical designs are produced, along with necessary pre-installation inspections, pull-out tests, wind and U-Value calculations, as well as sample production.


•    Phase 2

Condition surveys of all apartments before the works along with site setup including scaffolding and waste management.


•    Phase 3

Stripping of the old facades and installation of the new external wall system. This phase takes place under a strict quality monitoring regime accompanied by close photographic evidence of ongoing workmanship.

Project Value : £3,300,000

Nine Sutton Court is a residential tower block. The works for this project include the replacement of flammable materials comprising of insulated render, rainscreen cladding and inset balcony decking.

Moblery Leisure Centre

Project Value : £1,800,000

Moblery Leisure Centre is a completed project consisting of replacement of combustible insulation.

109 The Circle

Project Value : £5,000,000

109 The Circle is a residential complex comprising of three residential blocks. The works for this project consists of replacement of rainscreen cladding, insulated render, spandrel panels and decking.
